WJHTI provides digital tools to help Customers, Drivers, and Transport Partners manage bookings, payment status, tickets, QR verification, notifications, customer support, and operational visibility. WJHTI may assist with booking support, payment status tracking, ticketing, notifications, refund coordination, dispute handling, and operational communication, but this does not make WJHTI the transportation provider unless expressly stated in writing. 5. Eligibility You may use WJHTI only if you: 1. Are at least 18 years old, or have valid permission from a parent or legal guardian. 2. Have legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. 3. Provide accurate, current, and complete information. 4. Use the Platform in compliance with applicable laws and these Terms. We may refuse, suspend, restrict, or terminate access where we believe a User is underage, unauthorized, fraudulent, abusive, or using the Platform in violation of these Terms. 6. Account Registration, Security, and Account Deletion To access certain features, you may need to create an account using your phone number, OTP verification, email address, or another authentication method. You agree to: 1. Provide accurate and complete account information. 2. Keep your login credentials and OTP codes confidential. 3. Not share your account with unauthorized persons. 4. Customers can delete their account inside the WJHTI Customer App by going to: Customer App > More / Account > Delete Account This in-app deletion option is the primary method for Customer account deletion. You may also contact support@wjhti-sy.com for support with account deletion if you cannot access the app, need help completing the deletion process, or use a Driver, Transport Partner, business, or dashboard account. Some information may be retained after account deletion where necessary to complete transactions, process refunds, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, comply with legal, tax, accounting, regulatory, or safety obligations, enforce agreements, or protect the security and integrity of the Platform. 7. Phone Verification and OTP WJHTI may use OTP verification by SMS, phone call, WhatsApp, email, push notification, or another authentication method. You agree that: 1. OTP codes are for your personal use only. 2. You must not share OTP codes with anyone. 3. OTP delivery may depend on telecom providers and third-party services. 4. WJHTI is not responsible for delays or failures caused by telecom networks, incorrect phone numbers, device issues, user error, or third-party messaging failures. 8. Services and Bookings 8.1 Search and Route Information WJHTI may display available routes, schedules, departure times, arrival times, seat availability, prices, stations, pickup points, drop-off points, vehicle information, and Transport Partner details. Although we work to keep this information accurate, availability, schedules, prices, routes, and trip details may change due to operational, technical, regulatory, safety, weather, traffic, or Transport Partner-related reasons. 8.2 Booking Confirmation A Booking is confirmed only when: 1. The required payment status is completed or confirmed, where payment is required. 2. The Transport Partner confirms availability, where confirmation is required. 3. WJHTI issues a booking reference, ticket, QR code, or confirmation message. A pending, failed, expired, incomplete, cancelled, rejected, or unpaid transaction is not a confirmed paid Booking. For cash or offline payment bookings, the Booking may appear as pending, reserved, unpaid, or awaiting confirmation until the relevant Transport Partner, Driver, cashier, station staff, or authorized operator manually confirms payment. Unpaid or offline bookings are not treated as paid until payment is manually confirmed by the operator or authorized party. Transport Partners may refuse boarding, cancel a reservation, release a seat, or require payment before boarding if the payment has not been confirmed. 8.3 Tickets and QR Codes You may receive a digital ticket, QR code, reference number, or booking confirmation. You are responsible for: 1. Keeping your ticket accessible before boarding. 2. Presenting the correct ticket or QR code when requested. 3. Ensuring your trip details are correct. 4. Not duplicating, reselling, modifying, transferring, or fraudulently using tickets. Transport Partners may refuse boarding if the ticket is invalid, expired, duplicated, already used, unpaid, cancelled, or does not match the passenger or trip details. 9. Pricing, Fees, and Taxes Prices shown on WJHTI may include or exclude taxes, service fees, operator fees, cancellation fees, or other charges depending on the region, route, payment method, and Transport Partner policy. Before completing a Booking, you should review: 1. Route and trip details. 2. Departure and arrival points. 3. Seat selection. 4. Total price. 5. Taxes and fees. 6. Cancellation and refund terms. 7. Available payment method. Prices may change before booking confirmation. Once a Booking is confirmed, the applicable price is the price shown at checkout unless there was an obvious technical, pricing, or system error. 10. Payments and Offline Payment Handling Available payment methods are shown at checkout. At this time, WJHTI may support cash, offline payment, operator-confirmed payment, or other payment methods shown in the checkout flow. By making or selecting a payment method, you agree that: 1. Your Booking may remain unpaid, pending, reserved, or awaiting confirmation until payment is completed or manually confirmed. 2. Cash or offline payments are not treated as paid until the operator, driver, cashier, station staff, or authorized party confirms payment. 3. A payment confirmation shown inside the Platform may depend on manual entry, operator action, or system synchronization. 4. WJHTI may record payment status, booking references, transaction references, amount due, amount paid, currency, refund status, settlement status, payment method type, and related operational records. 5. WJHTI does not collect, access, or store raw payment card numbers, full card security codes, CVV codes, or equivalent card credentials. 6. Payment or confirmation failures may occur due to operator delay, manual processing errors, connectivity issues, system errors, incorrect information, or third-party service failures. WJHTI is not responsible for delays or failures in offline payment confirmation caused by Transport Partners, Drivers, station staff, cashiers, telecom providers, connectivity issues, user error, or other third parties outside WJHTI’s reasonable control. 11. Coupons, Promo Codes, and Discounts WJHTI may offer Coupons, Promo Codes, discounts, credits, referral rewards, campaign offers, or similar promotional benefits. Unless expressly stated otherwise: 1. Coupons and Promo Codes are subject to availability, eligibility, campaign rules, expiration dates, route restrictions, usage limits, minimum booking amounts, user restrictions, and other conditions displayed in the app or communicated with the offer. 2. Coupons may apply only to selected routes, Transport Partners, trip types, users, regions, time periods, or payment methods. 3. Coupons have no cash value and cannot be sold, transferred, exchanged for cash, withdrawn, or redeemed outside the Platform. 4. Only one Coupon or Promo Code may be applied per Booking unless WJHTI states otherwise. 5. Coupons may not apply to taxes, service fees, cancellation fees, operator fees, or other charges unless expressly stated. 6. If a Booking is cancelled, refunded, rejected, expired, unpaid, or changed, the Coupon may be lost, reversed, adjusted, or not reissued. 7. WJHTI may reject, cancel, revoke, suspend, or adjust Coupons if we suspect fraud, abuse, duplicate accounts, fake bookings, unauthorized use, technical error, pricing error, or violation of these Terms. 8. WJHTI may modify, suspend, or end any promotional offer at any time, subject to applicable law. 9. Transport Partners may have separate promotional rules for discounts funded or offered by them. 10. Promotional discounts may be displayed before checkout, at checkout, or in booking details, depending on the campaign setup. Using a Coupon or Promo Code does not guarantee seat availability, booking confirmation, payment confirmation, refund eligibility, or trip operation. 12. Cancellations, Refunds, and No-Shows Cancellation and refund rules may vary by Transport Partner, route, ticket type, timing, promotional offer, payment method, and whether payment was confirmed. Unless expressly stated otherwise: 1. Refund eligibility depends on the applicable Transport Partner policy. 2. Some bookings may be non-refundable. 3. Cancellation fees may apply. 4. Refunds may be returned through the available method determined by WJHTI, the Transport Partner, or applicable payment process. 5. Refund processing times may depend on Transport Partners, manual review, settlement cycles, payment confirmation status, and third-party service providers. 6. WJHTI may deduct applicable service fees where permitted by law and disclosed to the user. 7. No-shows may result in loss of the ticket value. 8. Unpaid, pending, or unconfirmed offline bookings may be cancelled or released without refund if no payment was collected. 9. Coupons or promotional discounts may not be refundable, reusable, or reissued after cancellation unless WJHTI states otherwise. WJHTI may assist in refund processing and dispute coordination but is not required to issue refunds beyond applicable law, Transport Partner policy, or WJHTI’s published refund terms. 13. Trip Changes, Delays, and Cancellations by Operators Trips may be delayed, rescheduled, modified, interrupted, or cancelled due to: 1. Traffic or road conditions. 2. Weather. 3. Vehicle issues. 4. Safety concerns. 5. Regulatory restrictions. 6. Operational decisions by Transport Partners. 7. Force majeure events. 8. Incorrect or changed schedule information provided by Transport Partners. 9. Events outside WJHTI’s reasonable control. WJHTI may notify users of changes when information is available, but we do not guarantee that every update will be timely, complete, or error-free. Transport Partners remain responsible for trip operation and passenger handling. 14. Passenger Responsibilities Customers and passengers agree to: 1. Arrive at the departure point on time. 2. Follow Transport Partner boarding rules. 3. Carry valid identification if required. 4. Present a valid ticket or QR code. 5. Provide accurate passenger and contact information. Transport Partners may refuse service to passengers who violate safety rules, legal requirements, ticket conditions, payment requirements, or reasonable operational instructions. 15. Baggage and Personal Items Baggage rules may vary by Transport Partner, route, ticket type, and vehicle. WJHTI is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, damaged, or confiscated baggage or personal items unless caused by WJHTI’s proven direct fault. Partner and Vendor Access Transport Partners may receive access to dashboards, tools, reports, bookings, payment information, operational data, and administrative features. Transport Partners agree to: 1. Use dashboards only for legitimate business purposes. 2. Keep access credentials secure. 3. Not misuse passenger data. 4. Maintain accurate route, pricing, vehicle, driver, and schedule information. 5. Accurately record cash, offline, manual, collected, cancelled, refunded, and settled payment statuses. 6. Comply with applicable data protection, transport, consumer, tax, payment, and safety laws. 7. Immediately report unauthorized access, data incidents, or suspicious activity. 8. Not use the Platform to create fake bookings, manipulate prices, bypass fees, misuse coupons, or misrepresent services. Additional partner, vendor, operator, or driver agreements may apply. If there is a conflict between these Terms and a signed partner agreement, the signed partner agreement controls for that Transport Partner. 18. Location Tracking and Trip Visibility WJHTI may provide location-based features such as route discovery, pickup/drop-off assistance, trip tracking, driver location visibility, dispatch support, and operational monitoring. Location information may be approximate, delayed, unavailable, or affected by GPS, network, device, or environmental conditions. It should not be treated as a guaranteed emergency, safety, or navigation service. For Driver Apps or Transport Partner tools, location may be collected during active shifts, active trips, dispatch operations, or route monitoring, including background location where required for operational functionality and where permitted by law and device permissions. Users may disable location permissions through device settings, but certain features may not work correctly. 19.
